Features of the Service Guarentee Program:
Total Care Maintenance Program: Saxon covers every aspect of your hardware investment, including all mechanical and electrical parts, as well as labor expenses.
Connectivity: A Saxon Systems Engineer will dedicate up to 3-hours of support time for each connected Saxon system during system installation.
Training: The following training is conducted upon installation of Saxon systems: Hardware Training - Saxon provides quality instruction on basic and advanced operations, troubleshooting and maintenance. Connectivity Training - Saxon provides comprehensive instruction for each installed system.
Preventive Maintenance Program: Saxon has the software and systems in place to replace consumable parts at or before their expected yields, before problems occur. In addition, manufacturer-certified technicians do a complete inspection of system hardware on each visit.
Loaner Guarantee: If your Saxon acquired equipment does not perform to manufacturers' standards or requires further evaluation at the Saxon Service Facility, loaner equipment will be provided at no additional charge.
Replacement Warranty: If Saxon cannot maintain your Saxon acquired systems in good working order, equipment will be replaced with comparable systems for up to 5 years from installation (3 years for rebuilt systems).
Upgrade and Enhancement Program: As part of our commitment to continuous innovation and the latest technology, Saxon allows its customers to upgrade to a similar or higher capacity system upon satisfactorily completing one-half the term of the agreement.
Ongoing Service and Support: Saxon provides competitively-priced and timely technical and networking support upon request
